Provides logistics and transport services in India using a fleet that includes flatbed trailers, and is based out of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Listed on the BSE SME platform in October 2025 following an IPO that raised Rs 1,683.60 lakhs, with the bulk of proceeds deployed toward purchasing flatbed trailers (Rs 642.31 lakhs), repaying borrowings (Rs 350 lakhs), working capital (Rs 275 lakhs), and general corporate purposes (Rs 251.86 lakhs). In FY26, the company invested Rs 2,119.09 lakhs in property, plant and equipment for fleet expansion. Revenue from operations was Rs 2,527.67 lakhs for FY26, up 14.5% from Rs 2,208.37 lakhs in FY25, and net profit rose to Rs 284.96 lakhs from Rs 262.51 lakhs. Costs are dominated by other operating expenses at 77.6% of revenue, with employee costs at 4.3%. Long-term borrowings rose sharply to Rs 961.99 lakhs (from Rs 118.12 lakhs), and operating cash flow turned negative at Rs 426.50 lakhs in FY26, driven by higher trade receivables and other current assets. The board has approved a proposal to incorporate a subsidiary in the USA.
