Manufactures and sells beverages, primarily fruit juices, from two units in Cherlaplly, Hyderabad, under its own brand and on a contract-manufacturing basis for clients such as Virchow Laboratories (8 juice SKUs covering Mango, Guava, Apple, Pomegranate, Coconut, Litchi, Banana and Mixed Fruit) and four other co-packing brands. The beverage portfolio is positioned at an Rs. 10 price point and is sold through a distribution network used for its Rs. 10 lines. The company is expanding adjacent FMCG categories using the same distribution: a fortified snack line branded 'Crunzzo' and a fortified packaged bakery line branded 'Valencia Bakery' (starting with Osmania Biscuits), both at a Rs. 5 MRP, with Rs. 4 crore planned spend over two years for each. It has also signed a service agreement with Awfis Space Solutions, marking an entry into India's coworking/workspace segment. Consolidated FY26 revenue from operations stood at Rs. 7.88 crore, against total assets of Rs. 59.05 crore, with raw materials (58.7% of revenue) and employee cost (27.8%) being the dominant cost lines. Manufacturing is routed through subsidiaries, primarily Valencia Beverages & Superwater Pvt Ltd, which the parent holds at roughly 75% after a partial dilution during the year, with newer subsidiaries Valencia Cielo Libre Beverages (Spain) and Valencia Nutracare Lifesciences also under the group.
