Processes and sells dairy products, operating as a single-segment dairy business based in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. Revenue from operations in FY26 was Rs 17,748.85 lakhs, up 27.5% from Rs 13,919.95 lakhs the year before, but the company swung to a net loss of Rs 7.71 crore against a profit in the prior year. A new dairy plant at Adavinekkalam began commercial operations in January 2025 after a trial run in December 2024, and the cost of ramping it up — through higher depreciation and finance costs — is what drove the loss. Raw materials (the milk input) account for 92.8% of revenue, employees 0.9%, other operating expenses 10.5% and depreciation 1.0%. Borrowings nearly doubled from Rs 710.47 lakhs to Rs 1,635.84 lakhs over the year to fund the new plant. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the FY26 results. Sources, method and disclosures

This document is a statistical summary of publicly filed information and market data, prepared by software from primary sources: SEBI results XBRL filed with BSE and NSE, LODR disclosures, shareholding patterns, exchange price data. It contains no research recommendation, no price target and no opinion on the merits of any security, and is not a research report within the meaning of the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, Regulation 2(1)(w)(vii). Financial statements are as filed (consolidated where the company files consolidated results). Ratios are computed over filed lines. Where a figure is unavailable the table shows a dash rather than an estimate. The business brief is written by MarketPing's reader from the annual report and checked against it; no figure in a table was generated by a model. Nothing here constitutes investment advice, an offer or a solicitation; readers should consult a SEBI-registered adviser before acting. MarketPing is not a SEBI-registered intermediary.
