Ltd. and UBS AG and (b) 360 ONE Portfolio Managers Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, Credit Suisse Securities (India) Pvt. Ltd. and UBS AG collectively referred to as BTAs as amended.We now wish to inform you that upon receipt of all the necessary approval(s) and/or no objections of regulatory authority(ies) and fulfilment of the conditions laid down in the respective BTAs, the parties, on September 29, 2025, have consummated the BTAs.
