On the reaction day the stock moved 2.4 pts more than Nifty Midcap 150 and 3.2 pts more than its Stockbroking & Allied peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
360 ONE WAM has amended the lock-in terms for shares allotted to Mr. Saahil Murarka and Batlivala and Karani Resources Management in connection with the earlier acquisition of 360 ONE Capital, formerly B and K Securities. Instead of releasing 20 percent of each allottee's holding annually on an individual basis, the lock-in will now be maintained on an aggregate basis. Total shares held and lock-in duration remain unchanged.
Minor administrative change to lock-in mechanics. No change in total shares held, lock-in duration, or value for existing shareholders.
