360 ONE WAM's wholly owned subsidiary, 360 ONE Asset Management Limited (AMC), has received a No Objection letter from SEBI (dated May 21, 2026). The approval allows the AMC to undertake fund management and advisory activities through its subsidiary 360 ONE Global Asset Management (GAM) operating from GIFT City in Gujarat. Specifically, GAM can provide management and advisory services to pooled assets (including offshore funds, insurance, pension, and provident funds) and portfolio management services for non-broad based funds. The AMC will infuse capital into GAM and obtain final registration from IFSCA before commencing operations. This marks 360 ONE's expansion into the GIFT City International Financial Services Centre ecosystem.
