Nila Infrastructures received a letter of intent from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation on 7 October 2025 to redevelop the Kajimiya ni Chati slum through a PPP. The 30-month project covers 728 housing units and 25 shops, with total development cost of Rs 105.02 crore. Nila will receive transferable development rights worth Rs 56.51 crore and sell remaining units and shops for Rs 48.51 crore.
Supports order visibility and future earnings, but benefits depend on project execution and sales of completed units and shops within 30 months.
