7NR Retail appoints new Managing Director and Chairperson

The board of 7NR Retail approved the appointment of Mr. Hit Shah as Managing Director and Mr. Dilipbhai Vithhaldas Patel as Chairperson, both effective 16th July 2026. Hit Shah is the founder and CEO of Imagine Social, a marketing firm with 16 plus team members since 2022. Dilipbhai Patel has 8 to 10 years of experience in textiles and garments trading. The 14th AGM is scheduled for 7th August 2026 via video conferencing. Audit Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee were also reconstituted with the new directors.
