At the 15th Annual General Meeting held on 5th August 2025, shareholders of Alembic Pharmaceuticals approved the appointment of M/s. KKC & Associates LLP (formerly Khimji Kunverji & Co. LLP) as the new Statutory Auditors for a period of 5 years, i.e., from 5th August 2025 until the AGM for FY 2029-30. They replace the retiring auditors, M/s. K.C. Mehta & Co. LLP, upon completion of their term. The company also appointed M/s.
