16th AGM held via video conferencing, 6 resolutions tabled

A B Infrabuild held its 16th AGM on 28 September 2026 via video conferencing, with 40 members attending. Six resolutions were tabled: adoption of financial statements, declaration of dividend, re-appointment of a retiring director (all ordinary), and three special resolutions seeking higher borrowing limits, permission to create security on company properties for lenders, and an increase in limits for granting loans, investments, and guarantees. E-voting was open from 24 to 27 September, plus 15 minutes during the AGM. Results will be declared within two working days.
