Newspaper ad on special window for physical share transfer and demat

ABANS ENTERPRISES published newspaper advertisements on August 4, 2026 in Financial Express (English) and Mumbai Lakshadeep (Marathi) informing shareholders about the SEBI special window for re-lodging transfer requests and dematerialisation of physical shares sold or purchased before April 1, 2019. The window runs from February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027. Transferred shares must be credited only in demat form and will face a 1-year lock-in from the registration date.
