On the reaction day the stock moved 0.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.6 pts more than its Holding Company peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Abans Financial Services published a notice in Financial Express and Mumbai Lakshadeep on September 30, 2026 about an SEBI special window from February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027. The window lets shareholders transfer or dematerialise physical shares bought or sold before April 1, 2019, including earlier requests returned for document issues. Transferred shares will be credited only in demat form with a one year lock in.
Compliance update. Shareholders with old physical shares can use this SEBI window to convert them into demat form before February 4, 2027.
