Abhishek Corporation Limited has informed the Exchange about change in Management

The Board of Directors of Mahaalaxmi Texpro Limited (formerly known as Abhishek Corporation Limited) has appointed Mr. Sachin Suresh Diwan as the new Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect from July 16, 2025. The appointment was made based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee. Mr. Diwan is a commerce graduate with practice in Direct Taxation and has experience in accounting and management, having previously handled accounting for large group companies. He currently holds no shares in the company and is not debarred from holding office by SEBI. The announcement also lists the key managerial personnel authorized to determine materiality of disclosures for the stock exchanges.
