Acetech E-Commerce has informed the exchange that its trading window will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026. The closure applies to promoters, promoter group members, directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, connected persons, insiders and their immediate relatives, as required under SEBI insider trading rules. The board meeting date to approve the H1 results will be announced later.
