On the reaction day the stock moved 1.0 pts less than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 0.3 pts more than its Power Generation peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
ACME Solar Holdings' wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Greentech Seventh Private Limited, has signed two Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with SJVN Limited, a government-owned power company, for 300 MW and 150 MW capacities, totalling 450 MW under a Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) project. The tariff is fixed at Rs. 6.74 per unit, with supply expected to commence by March 1, 2028, and a project tenure of 25 years. This is a domestic order, and the company has clarified there is no promoter interest or related party involvement. This continues a prior intimation from November 11, 2025.
Positive for shareholders: a long-term 25-year PPA with a government-backed counterparty (SJVN) provides strong revenue visibility and reduces offtake risk, though earnings impact will only flow from 2028 onwards.
