On the reaction day the stock moved 4.9 pts more than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 5.6 pts more than its Power Generation peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

ACME Solar's subsidiary signed a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement with NHPC, a Central Government enterprise, for a 250 MW Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy project. Capex is about Rs 3,700 crore. Land 40% acquired, expected CUF above 60%. Total PPA-signed portfolio now stands at 5,630 MW, with another 2,140 MW in pipeline.
Adds long-tenure government-backed revenue visibility and strengthens ACME Solar's growing FDRE portfolio.
