On the reaction day the stock moved 1.8 pts more than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 1.6 pts more than its Power Generation peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Acme Solar Holdings will acquire 100% of AK Renewable Infra for an enterprise value of INR 79.25 crore in cash, subject to closing conditions and adjustments. The target develops renewable energy parks and has secured land, connectivity and approvals for a 300 MW site in Rajasthan. It reported nil turnover in FY23, FY24 and FY25. On completion, it will become a wholly owned subsidiary.
Adds a 300 MW project pipeline and may accelerate future revenue, but the target has no revenue and the deal remains subject to closing conditions.
