Acquires 96.91% in SNA Milk, 99.95% in DFSU via Rs 543 Cr share swap

Desi Farms India has completed acquisition of 96.91% stake in SNA Milk and Milk Products and 99.95% in DFSU Farmer Connect via share swap worth about Rs 543.22 Crores. Board allotted 3.18 Cr equity shares, 34.55 lakh 3% CCPS and 49.60 lakh 5% CCDs to target shareholders. SNA makes milk, dairy products and ice cream with FY25 turnover of Rs 33.74 Crores, up from Rs 17.91 Crores in FY23. Transaction is a related party deal. All approvals received including BSE in-principal nod.
