Active Clothing has secured Pan-India distribution rights for four global brands - Levi’s, Nike, Jordan Kids and Ben Sherman Men’s - via Shop-in-Shop at multi-brand stores. The deal was signed with Apparel Group, the authorized licensee for these brands in India. This expands the company from a regional (Upper North India) distributor to a nationwide platform. Additional revenue opportunity is projected at around Rs 100 crore over 3-4 years, subject to market conditions and execution.
Expansion into major global brands could drive significant revenue growth over the next few years, marking a key business milestone.
