Ad-Manum Finance reported total income of ₹1,678.32 lakh in FY2026, up ~19.4% from ₹1,405.56 lakh in FY2025. Profit before tax grew ~23.6% to ₹1,414.31 lakh (PY: ₹1,144.25 lakh) and profit after tax rose ~16.5% to ₹1,066.71 lakh (PY: ₹915.76 lakh). EPS stood at ₹14.22 versus ₹11.87 in the prior year. Revenue was driven by interest income of ₹1,343.46 lakh and wind power sale of ₹25.68 lakh, supplemented by other income of ₹309.18 lakh. The statutory auditor (Mahendra Badjatya & Co.) issued an unmodified opinion with no qualifications. Operating cash flow turned significantly negative at ₹-547.22 lakh, mainly due to a large decrease in loans (repayment/disbursement reversal) of ₹2,015.48 lakh, partly offset by proceeds from investing activities. Borrowings stood at ₹2,404.51 lakh and total equity at ₹9,134.54 lakh.
The company delivered strong topline and bottomline growth, with clean audit confirmation, supporting investor confidence. However, the negative operating cash flow of ₹547 lakh warrants monitoring, as it reflects working capital movements rather than operational losses.
