Adani Energy Solutions has won a Rs 4,700 crore transmission project in Maharashtra through competitive bidding. The project will evacuate 4,500 MW of renewable and pumped storage power from Karnataka to load centres in Maharashtra. Scope includes a 765/400 kV substation at Satara, 562 ckm of new transmission lines and 9,000 MVA transformation capacity, to be delivered in 36 months under SPV Satara Power Transmission Ltd. This takes AESL cumulative network to 29,739 ckm and pushes its transmission orderbook to about Rs 85,000 crore.
Major order win lifts AESL transmission orderbook to around Rs 85,000 crore, strengthening long term revenue visibility and renewable grid leadership.
