ADSTL, a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, completed acquisition of the remaining 44.6 percent stake in Flight Simulation Solutions Private Limited (FSSPL). ADSTL already held 55.40 percent in FSSPL, and with this acquisition, FSSPL and its subsidiary FSTC have become wholly-owned subsidiaries of ADSTL. The deal was done via a share purchase agreement signed on July 16, 2026, with completion informed on August 4, 2026.
Defence simulation arm FSSPL now fully owned via subsidiary ADSTL, giving Adani Enterprises full control over this business.
