On the reaction day the stock moved 4.7 pts more than Nifty 100 and 5.2 pts more than its Power Generation peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Adani Green Energy's EGM on November 16, 2026 will seek approval for related-party deals worth Rs 4,345 crore with Adani New Industries and Rs 1,550 crore with Mundra Solar Energy for fiscal 2026-27 and 2027-28. Both are arm's-length, ordinary-course deals. A special resolution seeks borrowing authority up to Rs 40,000 crore above paid-up capital, free reserves and share premium.
Approval supports procurement and funding, but higher related-party dealings and debt powers raise governance, leverage and voting risks.
