Adani Power has informed exchanges about a change in its Senior Management Personnel effective August 25, 2025. Mr. Kulpati Jha, who was serving as 'Head - Techno Commercial', has been moved to a new role within the Adani Group as part of an ongoing group-wide transition process. To fill his position, Mr. Rajeev Singh, a Mechanical Engineering graduate with 29 years of experience (including 14 years at Adani Power and prior stint at Reliance Industries), has been appointed as the new 'Head - Techno Commercial' on a full-time employment basis.
