In his place, Mr. Puneet Bansal will take over as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from April 1, 2026. Mr. Bansal, a seasoned company secretary and legal professional with 30+ years of experience, currently serves as Group Head – Governance & Secretarial at Adani Group, having joined in 2021. The change was recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board at its meeting on March 17, 2026.
