Adani Power has issued a corrigendum to fix a typographical error in its earlier disclosure about completing the acquisition of Vidarbha Industries Power Limited (VIPL), which was approved by the NCLT. The date in the original disclosure was wrongly typed as 'July 07, 2015' and has now been corrected to 'July 07, 2025'. The acquisition completion date is therefore July 7, 2025. All other contents of the original disclosure remain unchanged, and this corrigendum forms part of the same filing.
