On the reaction day the stock moved 1.9 pts less than Nifty 100 and 1.8 pts less than its Power peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Adani Power sold its entire stake in wholly owned subsidiary Chandenvalle Infra Park (CIPL) to AdaniConneX Private Limited for Rs 535.69 crore. CIPL has not started commercial operations but holds sizeable land parcels in Telangana. Transaction already closed on August 27, 2026. Buyer is a 50:50 JV between Adani Enterprises and EdgeConneX. Deal is a related party transaction done at arm's length.
Minor positive: Rs 535.69 crore cash inflow from selling a non-operational land-holding subsidiary to a related Adani group entity.
