On the reaction day the stock moved 3.8 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.7 pts less than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Adcon Capital Services held its 32nd AGM on 30 Sep 2026 via video conferencing. All 7 resolutions passed with requisite majority, including adoption of FY26 audited financials, reappointment of MD Piyush Saraf (retiring by rotation), reappointment of independent directors Mr Suman Das and Ms Rajeshwari Bangal, increase in authorised share capital, alteration of MOA share capital clause, and appointment of Secretarial Auditor. Turnout was very thin with just 0.18 percent of outstanding shares polled. All resolutions got over 97 percent in favour.
Routine AGM business cleared. Authorised share capital hike approved, which may pave way for future equity issuance and possible dilution.
