Mr. Basil Dange has resigned as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC due to personal reasons, effective September 25, 2026. Mr. Rishi Awasthi will take over as the new CISO from October 1, 2026. Awasthi has over 14 years of cybersecurity experience across BFSI, Technology, Telecom and Consulting. He has been with Aditya Birla Capital since May 2023 and previously worked at Deloitte, TCS, RSM India and Willis Towers Watson. He holds CISA, CISM, CRISC, CDPSE and Associate C-CISO certifications.
