On the reaction day the stock moved 0.2 pts less than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 1.5 pts less than its Speciality Retail peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
ABFRL has received the certified copy of NCLT Mumbai order approving the amalgamation of Jaypore E-Commerce Private Limited and TG Apparel and Decor Private Limited, both its wholly owned subsidiaries, into ABFRL. The order was pronounced on July 2, 2026. With all conditions satisfied, the scheme is effective August 1, 2026, with appointed date April 1, 2026. No new shares will be issued; the subsidiary shares held by ABFRL will simply be cancelled. The merger aims to simplify the legal and operating structure.
Internal restructuring with no change in share capital or shareholder value, since both companies are wholly owned by ABFRL. Expected to streamline operations.
