On the reaction day the stock moved 2.8 pts more than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 3.0 pts more than its Residential Commercial Projects peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Competition Commission of India has approved ITC Limited's proposed acquisition of Aditya Birla Real Estate Limited's Pulp and Paper business, operated under the name Century Pulp and Paper. The deal is structured as a slump sale on a going concern basis. This follows ABREL's earlier disclosure from March 2025. ABREL, formerly Century Textiles and Industries, is divesting its paper unit to ITC to sharpen its focus on its real estate business.
Pulp and Paper exit moves closer to completion, letting ABREL focus on real estate and unlock value for shareholders.
