On the reaction day the stock moved 6.6 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 6.8 pts more than its IT Enabled Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Adroit Infotech has signed a non-binding agreement to acquire a majority stake in Verso Altima Group d.o.o., a Zagreb-based IT services firm with standalone revenue of about 13 million Euros. Combined revenue is projected at $23-25 million USD (Rs. 200-250 crores). Funding will come from internal accruals plus preferential and rights issue proceeds, with no third-party debt. The deal is not a related party transaction and is subject to due diligence, a definitive Share Purchase Agreement, and approvals in India and Croatia.
Could lift revenue and add European presence, but the deal is non-binding and still pending due diligence, definitive agreements, and regulatory approvals.
