Advait Energy Transitions Limited has signed an MoU with TECO Fuel Cell Technology AS, Norway during the 3rd India–Nordic Summit in Oslo on May 18, 2026. The agreement, signed by MD Shalin Sheth and TECO's CEO Tore Enger, was witnessed by PMs Narendra Modi and Jonas Gahr Støre. The collaboration targets domestic manufacturing of hydrogen fuel cell technology under India's Atmanirbhar Bharat and National Green Hydrogen Mission. The MoU covers three sectors: stationary power for data centres (production from Q1 CY2027), heavy-duty transport (Q1 CY2028), and maritime applications (through CY2028). As it is only an MoU, full details will be disclosed once a specific agreement is executed.
The partnership signals Advait's strategic entry into green hydrogen fuel cell technology with a high-profile international partner, potentially opening new revenue streams in emerging clean energy segments. Investors should monitor for the formal definitive agreement, as the MoU stage carries execution risk.
