The board of Advik Capital Ltd, at its meeting on October 15, 2025, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26 (ended September 30, 2025). On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations rose to ₹567.11 lakhs in Q2 FY26 from ₹407.40 lakhs a year ago, while H1 FY26 revenue grew to ₹1,308.08 lakhs from ₹950.36 lakhs. Net profit for Q2 stood at ₹58.88 lakhs (versus a loss of ₹24.13 lakhs in Q2 FY25), but H1 FY26 net profit fell to ₹106.94 lakhs from ₹210.84 lakhs in H1 FY25, weighed down by sharply higher finance costs (₹706.05 lakhs vs ₹382.05 lakhs) and a ₹133.39 lakh provision for impairment on financial instruments. Standalone H1 FY26 net profit was ₹217.86 lakhs (vs ₹263.48 lakhs). No interim dividend was declared. The board also appointed Mr. Mukesh Kumar Puniani (DIN: 10009156) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval.
Mixed signals for shareholders — top-line growth and a return to quarterly profit are positive, but rising finance costs and impairment provisions have dragged down half-yearly profits. The new independent director with 40+ years of banking experience may strengthen board oversight, but the absence of an interim dividend offers no near-term income for shareholders.
