UCAL Limited informed the Exchange that Mr T Jaisankar has resigned as Chief Executive Officer effective June 30, 2026 due to health reasons. He will however continue as an employee of the company in a role to be decided by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Board. No successor has been named yet.
