Aegis Logistics' wholly owned subsidiary Sea Lord Containers (SCL) and subsidiary Aegis Vopak Terminals (AVTL) signed a Framework Agreement on January 30, 2026. AVTL will engage SCL to set up LPG rail loading infrastructure and a bottling plant at New Mangalore Port. SCL will receive Rs 52.50 crore on execution.
