On the reaction day the stock moved 2.3 pts more than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 2.4 pts more than its Gas peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The wholly owned Aegis Gas is seeking shareholder approval to sell its 51% stake, or 621,146 shares, in Hindustan Aegis LPG to Aegis Vopak Terminal Limited for up to INR 703 crore. Vopak India will also transfer 24%, giving Aegis Vopak Terminal 75%. The deal is at arm’s length, and Aegis expects to retain about 33.5% indirect exposure while focusing on its Mumbai terminal. Remote voting runs from November 1 to November 30, 2025.
Approval is needed before completion. The sale could add cash and focus Aegis on Mumbai, while preserving indirect HALPG exposure.
