On the reaction day the stock moved 1.9 pts less than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 2.4 pts less than its Oil peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board approved buying a 75% stake in Hindustan Aegis LPG for cash at INR 11,295.37 per share, subject to shareholder approval. It will buy 621,146 shares from promoter-group Aegis Gas and 292,303 from promoter Vopak India B.V. The deal is at arm's length and will make HALPG a subsidiary, expanding LPG storage, bottling and terminal operations at Haldia. HALPG reported FY2025 turnover of INR 16.81 crore. Completion is due by January 15, 2026.
May support growth by adding a 75%-owned LPG terminal subsidiary and expanding Haldia operations, subject to shareholder approval and completion risk.
