On the reaction day the stock moved 1.9 pts less than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 2.4 pts less than its Oil peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The Board approved buying 48,000 shares, or 96%, of Aegis Terminal (Pipavav) Limited from promoter-group firm Aegis Gas (LPG) for INR 10 per share in cash. The announcement says the price is fair and no regulatory approval is needed. Completion is planned by November 30, 2025. ATPL, set up in 2013, plans storage and terminal facilities for oil, chemicals and petroleum products, but has not started operations and had no turnover as of March 31, 2025.
ATPL will become a subsidiary, adding planned storage capacity. It is not operational, so shareholders should expect no current earnings benefit.
