Subsidiary Aegis Terminal Pipavav (ATPL) has signed a Business Transfer Agreement with promoter Aegis Logistics to acquire a specialized ammonia storage terminal with 36,000 MT static capacity at Pipavav Port for Rs 525 crores via slump sale on going concern basis. Effective August 24, 2026, the deal adds new ammonia capacity to ATPL and strengthens the group's chemicals and gas logistics portfolio serving fertilizer, industrial, and energy transition customers.
