On the reaction day the stock moved 8.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 9.0 pts more than its Iron & Steel Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Standalone revenue for the September quarter was Rs 20,206.10 lakh and profit after tax was Rs 1,905.89 lakh versus Rs 1,365.06 lakh. For April to September, revenue was Rs 34,107.22 lakh versus Rs 27,815.87 lakh, and profit was Rs 3,650.42 lakh versus Rs 2,127.35 lakh. The review found no material misstatement but highlighted the depreciation change. It cut depreciation by Rs 769.02 lakh, lifting profit by Rs 769.46 lakh in both periods.
Excluding the depreciation benefit, quarter profit would be about Rs 1,136 lakh, below prior-year profit, so headline growth may look overstated.
