Agi Infra Limited has acquired a 60% controlling stake in M/s Worldnext Realty LLP, a construction and real estate development entity based in Ludhiana, Punjab. The total deal value is Rs. 30 crore, of which Rs. 12 crore has already been paid in the first tranche, with the remaining Rs. 18 crore to be paid by March 31, 2026. The acquisition is fully funded through cash via banking channels and is not a related party transaction. Worldnext Realty LLP, incorporated in May 2021, reported a turnover of Rs. 3.21 crore in FY2025. This is a follow-up to the company's earlier intimation dated August 28, 2025, regarding its investment in the LLP.
The acquisition expands Agi Infra's footprint in the real estate and construction sector, which is aligned with its existing business. For shareholders, this represents a Rs. 30 crore capital deployment, with the remaining Rs. 18 crore outflow expected by end of FY2026, which could pressure short-term cash flows but may add to long-term revenue given the LLP's real estate development activities.
