AGM deferred: Atlas Jewellery gets 3-month extension from ROC

Atlas Jewellery India's 36th AGM for FY ending March 2026 has been deferred. The company currently has no directors on its board after the death of its sole promoter. An NCLT application for new director appointments is pending. ROC Delhi has approved a 3-month extension, pushing the AGM deadline from September 30, 2026 to about December 28, 2026.
