Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Ajmera Realty launched Phase 1 of Ajmera Solis in Vikhroli, Mumbai, on land acquired from Tata Communications. The project recorded about INR 427 crore in sales within 24 hours, with 324 units sold, an 81% sell-out of launched inventory of 2.40 lakh sq ft. Pricing starts below INR 1 crore for 1BHK, under INR 2.25 crore for 3BHK. The company also secured its first PE deal worth INR 88 crore for this asset-light project.
Strong sales velocity, first PE partnership, and clean balance sheet boost growth outlook and should support positive investor sentiment.
