Q2 FY26 sales reached a record ₹720 crore, up 184% year on year, as area sold rose 101% to 229,772 sq. ft. Collections were ₹220 crore, up 66%. H1 FY26 sales rose 48% to ₹828 crore and collections 52% to ₹454 crore. Two Mumbai projects with combined stated gross development value of ₹2,100 crore were launched.
Record sales and higher collections strengthen cash flow visibility and may support investor sentiment, though property demand and project execution remain key risks.
