AKG Exim Limited's Board has reconstituted its Audit Committee after Mr. Rao Laxman Singh resigned as Member and Chairperson on 29 July 2026. Mrs. Chetna, a Non-Executive Independent Director, has been appointed as the new Chairperson. The three-member committee now comprises Mrs. Chetna as Chairperson, Mr. Rakesh Mohan as Member, and Mrs. Mahima Goel, the Managing Director, as Member. The reconstitution was approved by a resolution passed by circulation on 31 July 2026.
