All 11 resolutions passed at Alcokraft Distilleries 26th AGM with full support

Alcokraft Distilleries (NSE: ALCODIS) held its 26th AGM on September 30, 2026. All 11 resolutions were passed with 100 percent votes in favour and zero against. Key items included adoption of FY26 standalone and consolidated audited financials, re-appointment of MD Dharampal Kalani and Whole-Time Director Amardeepsingh Sethi, appointment of two new independent directors (Sushmita Lunkad and Abhishek Moonat), regularization of two executive directors, appointment of A R Sulakhe and Co as statutory auditor, and ratification of cost auditor remuneration. About 80 percent of outstanding shares were polled on most resolutions.
