On the reaction day the stock moved 0.7 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.4 pts less than its Logistics Solution Provider peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Allcargo Logistics launched its new Allcargo Extended Reach (AER) network after approving its restructuring plan, expanding mapped PIN codes from 21,000 to over 32,000 and doubling direct serviceable PIN codes from 4,900 to over 10,000. The company also grew transshipment centres from 21 to 71 and added AI-led planning and digital workflows. The expansion targets Tier II, III, IV cities and remote regions such as Ladakh, Port Blair, and the Northeast.
Signals domestic growth push post restructuring, deeper last-mile access, and a focus on smaller-city demand from MSMEs and digital businesses.
