On the reaction day the stock moved 3.5 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 4.2 pts less than its Port & Port services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Allcargo Terminals completed its Rights Issue that opened on November 24, 2025 and closed on December 9, 2025, with over subscription of 53.39 percent. The Board allotted 3,97,98,999 partly paid equity shares at Rs. 20 per share, of which Rs. 5 was paid on application (including Rs. 4.50 premium) and the balance is payable on future calls. Post issue paid up share capital rises to Rs. 58.37 crore across 29.18 crore total shares.
Capital base expands partly, with future call money to be raised later. Oversubscription shows strong interest but partly paid structure means more dilution ahead.
