Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Allcargo Terminals will issue 3,97,98,999 partly paid shares at ₹20 each, raising up to ₹80 crore if fully subscribed. Shareholders eligible on November 14, 2025 may buy 3 shares for every 19 held. They pay ₹5 initially and the balance within 12 months. The offer runs November 24 to December 9, 2025; fractional rights are ignored.
The raise can fund company needs. Shareholders who do not subscribe may face dilution, while participants must pay the balance within 12 months.
